In an era when Thai dishes are often absorbed into fusion and pan-Asian menus, it is refreshing to find a restaurant that offers stand-alone authenticity.
From the outside, Little Thai Kitchen may be mistaken for a takeout spot. Inside, the gleaming lemon-yellow walls, white napery and crisp menus offer immediate reassurance to any skeptical visitor.
Sibling to Little Thai Kitchen in Darien, Connecticut, this restaurant has been reviewed by Patricia Brooks of the New York Times, and was rated 'Very Good.' Best of the Gold Cost Connecticut 2006 voted it “Biggest bang for the tiniest space.” Little Thai Kitchen is fast creating a name for itself among its patrons as a Thai original. With a warm and cozy atmosphere, Little Thai Kitchen serves authentic Thai food prepared by skilled Thai chefs.
Once the freshly made dishes begin to appear, the reassurance swells to enthusiasm. A standout among several entrée choices is the Thai green curry, a velvety coconut milk-based dish with green chilies, eggplant and green peppers, which is fierce and delicate at the same time. Pad Thai noodles laced with swirls of egg scrambles, bean sprouts, scallions, lime slices and fresh cilantro leaves, and Nua nam tok, a beef salad with red onions, lemon grass, tomato, and herbs, are two other popular menu offerings.
The restaurant offers off premise catering for any amount of people. Little Thai Kitchen can accomodate corporate events, private parties, special occasions, weddings, showers, birthdays, or any other special event. The regular menus are available, or you can customize your own. Little Thai Kitchen is a rare find, offering fresh made-to-order Thai food at reasonable prices in a spotless, agreeable setting.

Amazingly good food. This restaurant became an instant favorite. Everything is good, but the Sambal Shrimp and Drunken Noodles are two AWESOME dishes.

No one makes drunken noodles or Massaman Curry like Little Thai Kitchen!

Food is good. However, the driver was incompetent. What was even worse than him not knowing where I lived was his insistence that he was right despite not having a GPS or any common sense. So I had to walk over to the building where I knew he would be and pick up my food.

If you order from Little Thai Kitchen using Seamless Web expect to wait between 2 to 2 and a half hour for your order to arrive. So if you like your food cold and in need of a microwave order from them. I recommend Thai Basil at the bottom of Greenwich Ave instead.

Exceptional Thai cuisine

Very unfortunate dinner -- It arrived 2 hours after we ordered (even though we ordered just as they opened) and as we ate the cold delivery we found a sizable piece of colored plastic bag in the food which caused us to feel repulsed by what hadn't yet been eaten. I'm sad to say that is the last time I will order from Little Thai Kitchen.

We are Thai food fanatics and go between LTK and Thai Basil pretty often. We like the Big Bowl Noodle Soups at LTK, they are a less greasy option to the other pan fried noodles you'll find at most Thai restaurants.

Insanely bad service. The food is always late. Today the guy came 90 minutes (!) late and half the orders were missing. What a joke.
